What are the inspection standards for machined parts?

For the machining and production of mechanical parts, the importance of inspection standards will be understood by everyone. Therefore, every manufacturer of mechanical parts and components will formulate inspection standards for the company in accordance with national standards so that inspection operations can be conducted in a regular manner. What are the general mechanical parts inspections? Let NOBLE Smart manufacturing technology introduce to you.

First, the scope of application of machining parts inspection standards.

This standard is applicable to the inspection of inspection characteristics of cutting machining. Among them, cutting machining includes turning, milling, grinding, boring, planing, hole machining, broaching, and pliers work. At the same time, there are certain rules for the basic principles of dimensional inspection, environmental requirements, appearance inspections, linear tolerances, and so on.

Second, the machining part inspection standard reference documents.

GB/T 1958-1980

GB/T 1957-1981

Q/HXB 3000.1

Q/HXB 2005.1

Q/HXB 2005.15

Third, dimension inspection standards.

1, Basic principle: This acceptance method only accepts the acceptance inspection at the specified size. For the work pieces with matching requirements, the dimensional inspection must meet the NOBLE principle. The size of the hole or shaft must not exceed the actual size.

2, the principle of minimum deformation: In order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the measurement results, should try to avoid the impact of various factors, so that the minimum deformation programming.

3, the shortest dimension chain principle: In order to ensure a certain measurement accuracy, the measurement chain should be as short as possible.

4, The principle of closure: When measurements are taken, if the closed condition can be satisfied, the sum of the interval deviations is zero. This is the so-called closed principle.

5, Basic agreement principle: Vehicle benchmarks should be consistent with design benchmarks and process benchmarks.

Fourth, the standard of environmental inspection.

1, temperature: reduce and eliminate temperature-induced errors in the way, the standard temperature of 20 degrees Celsius below the test, so that the measuring tool and the work piece material consistency, temperature balance. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the test site is protected from direct sunlight and that changes in temperature caused by heat sources such as heating and cold air from doors and windows are prevented.

2, Humidity: Humidity is too high for the product. It is easy to cause product rust and mold equipment. When the humidity is high, you can use dehumidification equipment to remove water, or a reasonable use of desiccant. At the same time, the dryness of the inspectors must be ensured.

3, cleanliness: including dust, corrosion, etc. are clean content. The test site needs to be kept away from grinders and other dust sources. Also use corrosive gases, away from laboratory tests, pickling, etc.

4, Vibration: The worktable should be stable and away from the vibration sources such as the main machine machining equipment.

Fifth, appearance inspection.

1. Inspection method: Visual inspection. This imposes certain requirements on the visual acuity of the inspectors and requires the inspectors to correct their vision to more than 1.0.

2. Check the distance between the work piece and the eyes at about 1000px.

3, inspection time: General inspection of an appearance between 4 minutes to 5 minutes.

4, surface defects: the surface of the work piece cannot have obvious scratches, pinch, crushing and other traces. Can not appear obvious knife pattern, chatter marks and so on.
